  • Minofox Inc. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country’s government. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • We are required by international law to declare the full value of the items on the shipping documentation. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or underdeclare the value to avoid fees.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential charges before ordering.

Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouses in China to ensure quality control and the best prices. While we use efficient carriers, international shipping and customs processing naturally take more time than domestic delivery.

Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
A: It depends entirely on your country’s laws and the value of your order. Many countries have a de minimis value (a threshold under which no duties are charged). Customers in the USA, Canada, and Australia are more likely to incur fees on larger orders.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at services@minofox.com with your request. We cannot change the address once a tracking number has been generated.

Q: What do I do if my tracking number isn’t working?
