Shipping and processing fees are calculated based on the order total (not including taxes) and cover the cost of processing, packaging, shipping, and delivery to you or the designated recipients.

Canada and the United States

Shipping

U.S.

The U.S. standard shipping rate and processing fee is $9.95. However, it may be higher in some cases. We ship to P.O. We ship to most places except P.O. Boxes, APO/FPOs and the U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and Hawaii via the U.S. Postal Service. Large or heavy items may be subject to a standard surcharge.

These delivery dates are only estimates. If possible, you can use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure delivery by a certain date. If an item is out-of-stock, we will inform you. If an item is backordered, it'll be shipped as soon it becomes available. We will notify you when the item is available for shipment if you have pre-ordered or advanced orders.

 Canada

Standard shipping costs in Canada are $10 more than the U.S. standard rates. All packages are sent by Canada Post.

 Rush Shipping

U.S.

For an additional fee, rush shipping is possible for most items and addresses. If possible, you can use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure delivery by a certain date. At checkout, you will see the actual shipping and processing charges. Allow an extra business day for processing. It may take up to two days for an item ordered Next-Day.

Addresses in the Continental United States: Next-Day Rush, Two-Day Rush

Two-Day Rush in Alaska and Hawaii

U.S. Express Shipping to Territories (will arrive within approximately four business days).

 APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for rush shipping

 Canada

Express shipping is available on most items and addresses at an additional charge. Express shipping costs an extra $10 USD over the Canadian standard rate. At checkout, you will see the actual shipping and processing charges. Your order will arrive approximately two days sooner if you choose express shipping. This service is not guaranteed to arrive on time.

 International

Shipping restrictions might apply. Any country that is listed in the "Country” field on your checkout page can be shipped. If you do not have an eligible billing address but a shipping address, you may use a third party shipper to receive and forward physical goods shipped by us. However, the shipper must not forward them to any Prohibited Country (Cuba or Iran, North Koreas, Syria, Sudan and Crimea Region in Ukraine). Minofox may modify the list of Prohibited Countries at its discretion. All items and services you purchase are subject to any applicable taxes or duties.

 International shipping costs (other than the U.S. or Canada) are $60 USD flat for orders below $171 USD. Shipping charges for orders exceeding $171 USD are 35% of their total order value.

International orders cannot be shipped urgently at the moment.

 All prices on minofox.com will be shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). All shipping and processing fees (added during checkout), import duties and taxes (assessed by Customs) are excluded from the price.

 An order shipped to an address outside the United States could be subject to additional import duties or taxes. Your country's import laws may also apply to tariff and custom fees. Minofox is not responsible for these fees. You are the importer of record when you place an order on Minofox's Family of Brands site. All applicable laws and regulations must be followed. You will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.

 Minofox.com sells items that may need special handling according to federal, state and local regulations. This may prevent the shipment of certain products to certain places.

 Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States may take longer delivery times.
