Requirements to Return

  • Items must be returned in new condition
  • All original packaging and contents, including accessories, must be included in returns.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and unworn
  • Only items that were purchased from are eligible for returns. All other items must be returned to the original purchase location.
  • All returns are subject to monitoring and may be restricted.
  • The item must be in its original condition and in its complete packaging.
  • Items marked "scratch and dents" will be final sales and cannot be returned. Any other items that are final sale will be noted on the product page.

How can Body Candy help me with my return?

After customer service has received your information and confirmed that your order meets all requirements, authorization will be given for you to return the item.

Print and include the authorization form for return in your return package. Within fifteen (15) days of the original purchase date, please send your returned items and authorization form to this address.

It will take between 3 and 5 days for us to process your return once we have received it. Once processing is completed, you will receive an email confirming your return authorization. We will then process your store credit.

Return policy for custom and personalized items

We are unable to accept returns on Custom and Personalized dolls because they are custom-made to customer specifications.
